Diet Plans

This section will cover a myriad of diets. We'll dig into everything from fad diets to sustainable diets. We'll look at low sodium diets, heart smart diets, diabetes friendly diets. This is definitely the diet section of weight loss tips! This is basically the page that is all about different diet plans and to add a little spice, we'll try to throw in some good recipes to complement these diet plans. I always remember the little plate hanging in my grandmothers kitchen that said, "Diet is a four letter word"! Well, there's a lot of truth to that statement and we can all relate. However, she wouldn't have had that plate on the wall if she didn't do some dieting from time to time. We all dislike dieting for the most part but there are great benefits to healthy living as well. Overall, our general philosophy is moderation and consistency. Fad diets are ok to jump start your weight loss goals or do a crash course for vacation...  but we all know they're not sustainable in the long run.
